Overview

This policy covers one-time tournament packs. Legacy subscriptions and early-bird purchases retain the refund terms at purchase.

Refund Eligibility

An unused pack is eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Contact support with your order ID. Packs already used are not eligible for routine refunds; contact us for service failures or cases required by law.

Refund Process

To request a refund, email wangshan9870@gmail.com with your PayPal transaction ID and reason for the refund. We will review your request within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Deleting a tournament does not restore consumed uses. Refunded or reversed purchases have their uses removed; if already spent, the balance can become negative and must be replenished before creating more paid tournaments. This does not limit statutory rights.

Legacy Early Bird Purchases

Legacy purchases retain their original terms. New orders follow the tournament-pack policy on this page.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or PayPal. We are committed to resolving any issues directly. Note: Payment processors (PayPal, Lemon Squeezy) reserve the right to process refunds within 60 days for consumer protection purposes, regardless of our stated policy.
