We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our refund terms for Bracket Maker subscriptions and one-time purchases.
Regular subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not extensively used the premium features. To request a refund, you must contact our support team with your order details.
To request a refund, email luyuan9870@gmail.com with your PayPal transaction ID and reason for the refund. We will review your request within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
The following are not eligible for refunds: Subscriptions used beyond the 7-day trial period, accounts that have violated our Terms of Service, and services already rendered (such as tournaments already created and managed).
Early bird purchases (such as the $9.9 3-Year Pro membership) are considered pre-sale items. These purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the service has not yet launched. Once the full service launches, standard refund policies apply.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or PayPal. We are committed to resolving any issues directly. Note: Payment processors (PayPal, Lemon Squeezy) reserve the right to process refunds within 60 days for consumer protection purposes, regardless of our stated policy.
